How to make chocolate brownies and Cookies

If you had a can of condensed milk in the fridge that you thought you would end up throwing away because it is not a food we eat very often, that’s why we liked discovering this chocolate brownie and condensed milk recipe. So you love it when you can take advantage of what is about to expire!

We advise you not to bake this brownie too much. It is better if it is left raw and cooled completely in the mould before unmolding it. Each oven is different, but 20 or 25 minutes of cooking is more than enough. It is very easy to make that you will not find any valid reason not to prepare it.

Almonds 150 g

Condensed milk 400 g

Melt the butter and chocolate. Beat the three eggs with the ground sugar. Add the ground almonds and the condensed milk. Add the melted chocolate and the previously sifted flour.

Put the dough in a mould lined with baking paper and cook for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180ºC. Remove from the oven to cool in the pan to finish cooking. When cool, unmold and cut into portions.

Cookies with condensed milk and cornstarch

It was a little lazy to turn on the oven to prepare this recipe for cookies with condensed milk and cornstarch with Thermomix, but if you desire to try such original cookies and that it was enough to have it running for just a quarter of an hour, and the truth is it was worth it.

The result is very light cookies, ideal for drinking with a good glass of cold milk and accompanied by your favourite homemade jam. With this recipe, many units come out, so those that you do not finish in one sitting, store them in an airtight box, and they will be perfectly preserved.

Ingredients
For 40 units

Butter at room temperature 120g _

Sugar 40g _

Condensed milk 200g _

Yolk 1

Cornstarch 350g _

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Put the butter, sugar, condensed milk and egg yolk in the glass. Mix 20 sec/speed 4. Add cornstarch and knead at 20 sec/speed 4.

Wrap the dough and store it in the fridge for half an hour. We take it out and make balls the size of a walnut. Place these balls on a baking tray in line with parchment paper and cook them for about fifteen minutes. Let cool on a rack.

With what to accompany the condensed milk

If you want to vary the way you present these condensed milk and cornstarch cookies, you can flatten them slightly when you have the balls of dough made and then mark them with the help of a fork so that there are some streaks on the surface. Another possibility you can also do is make a hole in the dough and fill it with jam.
